The second edition of Coslada Radial Festival will take place from September 16th to 18th in different spaces of Coslada and puts an end to all the cultural activities that have been carried out in the summer season. A Festival “with its own identity”, as highlighted by the Councillo of Culture, Emi Escudero.
Coslada Radial is a festival of contemporary creation in unconventional spaces with artistic disciplines distributed in various neighborhoods of the city on the street and other unconventional spaces such as a garage or the theater pit. There will be more than 25 events, from dance, theater, circus, plastic arts, concerts, opera, musical theater to sound tours. The festival will feature more than 20 local artists.
Juan de Torres, director of Larumbe Danza, is in charge of the dance program, such as workshops of different disciplines such as ballet, adapt method and butoh dance, among others, as well as performances by professional dance companies with artists de Coslada and great figures on the national scene.
Both the opening and the closing will be marked by dance with the aim of giving more visibility to this discipline, especially highlighting the absolute premiere of “Brave new world”, the new production of Larumbe Danza for non-conventional spaces.
